Here are the rules of the forum.
If you break a minor rule once or twice you get a warning, if you break it three times then you're suspended for a few weeks. If you break a rule again then you're banned.
1. No sexual activity - No one wants to know about that
2. No major swearing - There may be young kids on here so let's not poison their innocent mind although yes some swearing is fine if it's in character
3. No racism, sectarianism, prejudice or bullying - It's okay to bully someone in the HP universe but when it comes to the real universe don't do it.
4. No death threats - That's just creepy...although I suppose some people are death eaters, still it's just creepy.
5. If you are offline for two weeks without giving an absent notice then you are suspended automatically - It's just annoying...if you don't want to play then don't join...
6. No chat speak, use proper English - It's bloody annoying and makes me want to hit you ¬¬
7. Stay in character - If you don't know about your character then why the hell did you choose them? Look them up or whatever, just stay true to the character!
8. No stealing the model for other people's characters
9. Don't reply to posts with just a few lines because it often leaves the other person lost for words and the thread often dies because of it
10. Don't try and play God, you can't control other people's characters so don't try.
That's all really.
Keep in mind that behind their character is a real person with real feelings and some people might actually be very sensitive, we don't need virtual bullies.
Although there is bullying in HP it doesn't mean people can take advantage of it to make other feel bad.
